[서울=RNX뉴스] 박은경 기자 = Mass Shootings Lead to Travel Warning for Travelers in the US.

The warning was issued by human rights organization Amnesty International following the shootings in Texas and Ohio.

Over 31 people have died in relation to the actions committed by lone gunmen in Dayton and El Paso.

Ernest Coverson, who works for Amnesty International USA, says the U.S. government is avoiding protecting people from future incidents related to gun violence.

Travelers to the United States should remain cautious that the country does not adequately protect people’s right to be safe, regardless of who they might be.

People in the United States cannot reasonably expect to be free from harm — a guarantee of not being shot is impossible, Ernest Coverson, via MSN.

Amnesty International adds that travelers should stay away from or exercise caution in spots where big groups of people are in one area.

Depending on the traveler’s gender identify, race, country of origin, ethnic background, or sexual orientation, they may be at higher risk of being targeted with gun violence, and should plan accordingly, Amnesty International, via statement.
